Wonderful hotel to relax

Hotel is facing the sun, we had sun all week so my favorite time of the day was morning with coffee on the balcony and sun. Heavenly! The spa and swimming pool are very clean, the apartment also. Loved the relax room, very beautiful view and very comfortable lounges. The music tablets, what a good idea! We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and the waiter was very polite and professional, the food was also very good. Compliments to the Chef! The hotel is well connected with town and cable car, so it was easy to go skiing. We spent a week skiing and relaxing and the hotel is ideal as a winter holiday stay. We love Castelrotto area and we will come back!

Best dolomites hotel experience we had.

Amazing location, the hotel itself is a beautiful Dolomites site. Service was beyond excellent, kind, fair, fast! Spa was superb with unique thought and facilities. Breakfast and coffee was the best we had the entire trip. Room was cosy and with fully equipped kitchen! 100% recommend and will definitely come again! Can’t wait.

Excellent location, wonderful breakfast, help was all super nice and friendly.

Heated towel racks only turn on in the evening and early morning. Getting back from an all day hike, would have been nice to have the towels preheated with the rack.

The team are so welcoming, warm and helpful. The best hospitality customer service I have experienced. The facilities are stunning, the room we had was amazingly spacious, and both the breakfast and dinners we had at Sonus Alpis were delicious. Our stay was absolute bliss, looking forward to returning.

Amazing view from everywhere. The worm pool in front of the mountains was our highlight. You get out of the pool and can sit with your robe in a worm room with a cup of tea and continue admire the vista. This place is perfect for couples.

The water in the pool is at 34 degrees. Adding 2 degrees in the winter would make it even more perfect. But it was perfect even at 34 degrees!

Happy place :-)

Nice, quiet place, wonderfull view. Always nice staff. Hotel is clean, smells beautiful. Kitchen is tasty, big choice. Breakfasts with everything from fresh fruit to served hot meals and coffee. We loved the Spa!

Maybe jacuzzi could be in the spa :-)

Simply Lovely!

What a fantastic place to stay during your holiday! The hotel itself is very well maintained and all the facilities are excellent! Friendly personnel and a very good restaurant. Will definitely come back again.

Small tip for the hotel: just dim the lights in the restaurant a little bit during diner hours. That will increase the atmosphere.

Super relaxing, private, and exceptionally clean

Attention to detail, tasteful decor, very clean, felt very private

Sauna wasn’t open before 3pm, but also understand that it’s a lot of energy to run them, so all good. There were a lot of flies/bugs on the deck and in outside the reception and a trap would have been nice

It is a very good base from which to explore an area of outstanding natural beauty.

The location is lovely and it has a great relaxing area. The breakfast was exceptional and the staff are very nice.

The bed was not very comfortable and the room and bathroom were quite basic with no facilities such as kettle, fridge etc. The safe did not work.
